Before work starts
If you cancel after paying a deposit and we have not started discovery, design, recovery, or setup, we refund the deposit in PKR, less any payment-processor charge that cannot be recovered.
After work has started
Fees cover time already spent and costs already committed. If we stop a fixed-fee project early, you pay for the portion completed and we refund the unused remainder of what you have paid. The split is based on the milestones in the quote.
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope
If we cannot complete the scope you accepted, and the block is on our side, we refund the unused portion of the fees paid for that scope.
Emergency recovery and incident response
Restoration and malware work is urgent. Once response has started, that fee is not refunded, because the time and the incident window have already been used. If we decline the job before starting, any payment already taken is refunded.
Retainers
A monthly or quarterly care, SEO, or infrastructure retainer can be cancelled before the next cycle. The current cycle is not refunded once it has begun. See the cancellation policy.
How to ask
Email info@gen-zaitechnologies.com with the project name, the amount in PKR, and the reason. We reply within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where that method allows it.
